(1) Two (2) weeks notice in advance when ordering work stationery.
(2) Requisition Forms are required when ordering stationery; dated and signed by an Authorised Officer.
(3) Paper to complete requested jobs is to be supplied by the department making the request. Always provide extra paper in case of spoilage.
(4) Hard copies should be accompanied with their electronic copies, if necessary, on storage media or via email.
